SureSmile® VPro™ is an at-home device used only 5 minutes a day with your aligners. It delivers gentle vibrations that help your aligners fit properly and may reduce discomfort helping you on your journey to a new smile. Using SureSmile® VPro™ for 5 minutes a day, it can help you stay on track with treatment. 4 out of 5 doctors surveyed reported reduced patient discomfort when using SureSmile® VPro™ in their clear aligner cases.

The mouthpiece disconnects from the device for cleaning. Bite down just hard enough to support the mouthpiece, but biting down harder is not recommended. Using the v-Pro 5 reduces discomfort and seats the aligners more effectively so you can change them sooner and complete treatment faster.

Product Description

When used at home for just 5 minutes a day, this device uses gentle vibrations to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement, which may reduce discomfort and may shorten treatment times.1-3 References: 1. people become accustomed to usage after just a few 5-minute sessions.

The recommended use is one 5-minute session per day. Please consult with
your doctor before exceeding the recommended usage

part of their morning or nightly routine.

What Is the Propel VPro?

The Propel VPro is the only FDA-approved, high-frequency vibration device proven to promote rapid healing and reduce orthodontic recovery times. It uses high-frequency vibrational technology to speed up the movement of teeth and reduce the time it takes to achieve proper tooth alignment after undergoing orthodontic treatment.

The Propel VPro gives you the power and freedom to care for your teeth from the convenience of your own home. Combined with the VPro+ smartphone app, you can adjust the speed of the high-frequency vibrations and even share your 1, 3, or 6-month usage history directly from the app, providing an easy way to share your progress with Dr. St. Louis and our team.

How Does It Work?

The VPro’s high-frequency vibrations work with the patient’s own biology to stimulate the bone and gumline. As a result, tooth movement is accelerated and bone regeneration is drastically improved.

The device also works with your existing orthodontics (including traditional braces and Invisalign), so there’s no need to remove them during treatment. The device helps your existing orthodontics achieve optimal seating, which ultimately reduces the amount of time you’ll need to wear your retainer. Fewer refinements mean fewer adjustments, and fewer adjustments mean fewer office visits.

The Science Behind Accelerated Tooth Movement

Despite being such an innovative treatment, the science behind VPro technology is incredibly simple. There are different cells in your body that are responsible for facilitating the growth and movement of your teeth. Scientific studies have shown that these cells can be stimulated by mechanical vibration, accelerating tooth movement and drastically reducing orthodontic recovery times.

How Do I Use It?

Out of the box, the VPro comes with four simple components: the Mouthpiece, the Vibration Device, a Compact Charging Case, and a Charging Cable (with matching wall adapter.)

The first thing you’ll need to do is charge the device. The Vibration Device takes about 6 hours to fully charge. We recommend downloading the VPlus+ on your mobile device while you wait. Connect the mouthpiece to the vibration device, making sure that the arrow points down at the button. If you experience difficulty in connecting the mouthpiece, try flipping it around.

Next, gently bite down on the Mouthpiece and turn the device on. The VPro takes care of the rest: simply hold the device in your mouth for 5 minutes until the vibrational cycle is complete. The VPro even turns itself off when it’s done!

Charging, Cleaning, and Storage

When you’re finished using the device, remove the Mouthpiece and rinse it off with warm water. Be sure to let it dry before storing it in the charging case. Place the unit in the Compact Charging Case and put it away until your next treatment.

Downloading the Mobile App

The VPro+ mobile app is available on both Apple iPhone and Android devices via the Google Play Store. The device connects to your phone using Bluetooth technology. Using the app, you can track how often you use your device and even share your results with your orthodontist or any treating clinician.

You can even take the VPro device with you on-the-go. Do you travel a lot for your work or for your business? If so, you don’t have to fear losing track of your device in your luggage. Using the VPro+ app, you can track down your VPro device using the SOS feature, which makes your device light up and vibrates so you can locate it easier.
